CONVEYANCE OF PERSONS
The cable car company is obliged to convey passengers in accordance with the timetable, when the valid legal stipulations and conditions of conveyance, along with the arrangements by the cable car company which are necessary in the interests of safety and order are complied with, and when conveyance is not impeded by circumstances, which the cable car company cannot ignore and which are also not able to be remedied.
The set timetable and other journeys added to the timetable are to be is used for conveyance. Complaints can be raised with the cable car company orally or in writing. The cable car company is obliged to respond to a written complaint in writing, without unnecessary delay.
Passengers must have a valid travel pass. This is non-transferable; exceptions are set out in the tariff.
The validity period for travel passes and conditions of issuance of seat tickets (numbered tickets) to monitor order of conveyance is set out in the tariff. A travel pass is to be presented for inspection and for cancellation on request. If a travel pass cannot be shown, or if its validity is no longer ascertainable, a new travel pass is to be obtained at a ticket office. No replacement is provided for lost travel passes.
Attempted or actual misuse of a travel pass, or passes issued on behalf of the cable car company, which are used to claim discounts, will be withdrawn without compensation and a report made to the authorities. If a subscription ticket is used outside the intended period of validity, every day of misuse, and the tariff set for a replacement, is to be paid.
Boarding and alighting is only permitted at set stops. The coach doors are opened and closed by the conductor. Preventing or restricting closing and opening is not permitted. Passengers who require assistance boarding and alighting (disabled passengers etc.), must make this expressly known to the conductor. During the journey leaning out of carriages, throwing objects out of carriages and smoking, are forbidden.
Upon alighting, passengers must leave the platform immediately. If during the journey the cable car comes to a halt, the passengers in the carriages are to remain calm and await instruction from the cable car employees.
Children who have reached the age of six are only conveyed when chaperone who is over 15 years old travels with them. Discounts for children are set out in the tariff.
There will be no conveyance of persons who do not adhere to the stipulations set out in the conditions of carriage, or whose behaviour is not in the interests of safety and order. In addition inebriated or those whose condition or behaviour is regarded as offensive. If a person is excluded from conveyance, the cable car company is not obliged to refund partly used or non-used tickets.
Dogs are permitted for carriage if safe carriage can be assured, and if they have a bite-proof muzzle, are kept on a lead and no other travelling passengers raise any objection.
The passenger is only permitted hand luggage up to a total weight of 10 kg and also one item of sports equipment (e.g. one pair of skis), when it can be stored in the cable car carriage without impeding other passengers. The passenger must supervise hand luggage themselves. Conveyance of ski bobs is only possible at non-busy times. Hang gliders are regarded as sports equipment. The transport of hang gliders is generally permitted by management. The Manager in charge may restrict this is a set time. A hang glider pilot is to adhere to the instructions set out in the “Advice for Hang-gliders” and confirm that they understand this by way of a signature. Conveyance, is so far as this is possible in the carriage, permitted; however the equipment should not be placed by a window. Each pilot can only bring one assembled hang-glider with them. Conveyance of non- or only partly assembled hang-gliders is not permitted.
In the cable car facilities noises, singing, playing music, using radios or the playing of tape recorders, records and the like, which cause a disturbance, are not permitted.
People, who dirty the facilities, the cable cars or other cable car equipment, must pay the costs for cleaning. Those who damage objects are to bear the costs for repair, unless this was through no fault of their own. Deliberate damage will be reported to the police.
CONVEYANCE OF LUGGAGE
Luggage is only conveyed by arrangement.
CONVEYANCE OF GOODS
With respect to the primary function and setting up of the cable car as a conveyance medium for persons, goods are only carried by arrangement.

Behaviour inside cable car facilities and cable car
§ 106 Cable car provision 2003
Inside cable car facilities and cable cars, behaviour which is disruptive to the operations is not permitted. In particular, damaging or soiling cable car facilities is forbidden. Conditions of carriage and other provisions from the operating staff in the interest of safety and order are to be adhered to and attention paid to prohibitions, regulations and notices which are shown in the cable car area for safe and orderly carriage.
§ 107 Cable car provision 2003
Entering cable car facilities outside the provided times is not permitted by those who do not work for the company. Entry is only permitted to passengers at set times.
§ 108 Cable car provision 2003
Smoking and conveyance of inflammable and explosive, or other kinds of hazardous materials, is not permitted.
